Returns & Refunds
At ZiBAG, we want every customer to be happy with our products. Further, we take pride in making handcrafted Goat leather products of the highest quality with absolute attention to detail.
As with any handmade bag, each one of them is personally crafted by skilled artisans. Thus, what is produced may not be technically “perfect” as compared to factory made stuff, but it is these imperfections that make the bag look elegant and stylish.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with our products and want to return it, you can send it back to us for a refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt of the product. (As mentioned on the Delivery Receipt).
All merchandise returned must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact and in original packaging with all accessories and Invoices.
At our sole tact, we claim all the authority to reject the arrival or trade of any stock that does not meet the necessities put forward under the terms and states of the Returns and Exchanges segment.
- On the My Orders, page click on create return and select the order you want to return along with the reason for the return and click on the Confirm Return button. A return request shall be generated and shared with You within 3 working days and a Return Authorization number would be sent to you on your registered email ID on our Website. However, we reserve the Right to ask for additional details and Photographs of the product if we are not entirely satisfied with the Return Reason.
- Pack item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation such as invoice copy, accessories and manuals received with the product – make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
- Write the address of the company outside of the package covering any previous address label, company address is mention on the invoice. Please Ship the Return Products only after a Return Authorisation Number is Issued. Returns shipped without the Return Authorisation Number would not be considered for refund. Kindly Mention the Return Authorization Number on the Original Invoice.

After Shipping the Return Product kindly share the Return AWB through Email on email@example.com for tracking purpose. Please also note that the customer/buyer is responsible for Return shipping costs, duties, taxes to return the product. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 5-6 working days of processing time of your Full refund amount from the date we receive your package.
If you find any defect/fault/damaged part(s) in the product, we will gladly offer an exchange of the same product or refund the cost. Claims for damages/Manufacturing Defects must be made within 7 Days of receipt of goods (As mentioned on the Delivery Receipt). We at ZiBAG can ask you to share the photographs/additional information of the Defects/Damage through email on firstname.lastname@example.org, so kindly immediately click the photograph of any such defect/damage. Please contact us immediately, preserve and photograph damaged packaging for claims and forward the images to us at email@example.com
We will send you a return authorization number and arrange for shipping back to us. We will advise you as to the expected ship date for your replacement order and will pay for re-shipping.

- Kindly safely pack stock to be returned or traded in its original shipping box and pressing materials. Returns or trades received without finished documentation will be refused.
- No Return/Exchange/Refund would be taken during Sale/Discount Items. You may return any Full Price Item within 14 Days of Receipt of the Product (As mentioned on the Delivery Receipt).
- No Refund will be Initiated if the Return is received without the Return Authorization Number.
- Please also note that the customer is responsible for Return shipping costs, duties, taxes to return the product
